Following is a synopsis of a live interview with Reverend Scott Lewis, KTLV AM 1220 in Oklahoma City, OK on Sunday January 25th, 2003.

(SL) My guest tonight is WH Clark. He's written an autobiographical novel, called Behold Leviathan, published by Author House books.

(SL) Bill, the first thing that I'd like to know is, why I had such a hard time getting anybody with credentials to talk with me here tonight, and why is it you're willing to talk with me.

Scott, it's not that there isn't anything to talk about. The problem is that there's a regulation by the federal government that automatically revokes the security clearance of anybody who makes a public comment on any aspects of UFO's.

. . . . My own use of the word "UFO's" is for "Unidentified Federal Outlays" ~ pertaining to the trillions of taxpayers money spent by the military industrial complex with absolutely no accountability.

(SL) Why is it you are here with me tonight?

For one thing, there have been hundreds of documented air traffic control problems caused by the proximity of unidentified aircraft. Nobody has investigated. As a Professional Engineer I have a responsibility to the public health, and an obligation to seek engineering answers to these engineering problems. Incidentally, it's kind of interesting that most confirmed UFO sightings describe big orange or amber landing lights. Makes them sound kind of man made, doesn't it?

Other than that, I confess - I published a speculative paper in one of the more respectable UFOlogy research journals. I didn't know about the government tabu against this. I even submitted these papers to my dissertation committee at the University because, after all, they WERE solid projects on applications of Celestial Mechanics that I have been working on for almost twenty years. I was expelled. With extreme prejudice, at that.

(SL) So you were dismissed for non academic reasons - your grades were good.. ?

I had a 3.8 GPA and had passed all the courses required for a Ph.D in Celestial Mechanics. I'd also completed all the research. My project was an optimization of the Earth to Mars flight path. Given that five of the last seven missions to Mars had failed, it was an important topic, and I had important results. I found a faster, safer, more efficient mission profile. Moreover, the computer routine I created is for a ballistic trajectory. That's a trajectory with no thrusts except at the very beginning at lift off. This is just the problem that the military has spent billions to solve in the last thirty years as the Strategic Defense Initiative.

You may remember; President Regan called it the "Star Wars" missile defense program. Just last week the Bush Administration announced that they intend to implement SDI in full by 2004; and my research is probably the best in the world on this problem. But here I am, still unemployed, still fighting the system to get the Ph.D I deserve. It really makes you wonder what the military is doing with the $1 trillion allocated that project, and all the other "failed" projects ~ the superconducting supercollider, the Joint Task Force Fighter, and dozens more black projects that nobody has ever even heard about.

This trajectory analysis project of mine is a problem I've been associated with since the very beginning. I gave a formal presentation of my research in 1984 to the Post Commander and Chief Scientist when I was at White Sands; Major General Niles Fulwyler and Dr. Ralph Davies. White Sands is just where all the Star Wars research was being done, in particular on a chemical laser. It's still being done there, in fact.

Anyway, I made the mistake of researching topics beyond my official project on trajectories, and they expelled me for it. Those are the facts.

(SL) Have you appealed?

Yes, it's gone all the way through the University system ~ and quite a ways beyond. Let's see, I appealed to the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, accusing the Department of misrepresentation because they advertise a block of ten graduate courses in Celesital Mechanics in the Graduate Catalog and teach only one; and no longer offer a major in that area even though it's specified in the Catalog. I've petitioned the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights because I was expelled for participating in a protected activity - i.e. whistle blowing; and I even contacted ABET, the licensing authority for university engineering programs. My advisor stated in writing on University letter head that he quit as my advisor because I wrote to ABET ~ such retaliation is a violation of my civil rights. When all is said and done, even though most of my research has been accepted at major conferences; even though I have submitted dozens of letters from scientists supporting my work; all of this evidence is ignored.

(SL) I guess that means you won't get a job yourself with your new Masters Degree in Celstial Mechanics, then - especially now that you're talking with me on the air?

Yes, I'm sure you're right. But don't think I'm doing this for spite or to make an ugly scene. I'm in a corner. I can't get a job because nobody at the University will give me a reference; I can't get published because I have offended so many people in my field trying to get to the bottom of this whole UFO thing, so I don't have any choice left but to come out swinging with both fists. (Keep reminding your self that UFO means "Unidentified Federal Outlays ~ nothing more.)

However ~ it's a fight I'm well prepared for. I've spent the last ten years fighting what seems the whole world trying to promote energy conservation. I probably have the strongest credentials in that field of anybody in America - so I'm pretty tough. And, when this fiasco with UFO's tied my shoe laces together a couple of years ago, I wasn't about to do what they expected - to sit on my hands like some cowering graduate student, and meekly accept their killing my career. I've not stopped fighting since.

(SL) Bill, it's pretty clear the government is serious about keeping you silent about this whole issue - is there any reason for them to enforce this rule of silence? I'm NOT a believer; tell me something that will get me some reasonable doubt - not hearsay, but solid scientific facts. How about starting with the movie "Signs," and crop circles - the huge, intricate patterns that have been found in fields all over the world. Are they made by aliens?

No, my best guess is that Crop Circles are caused by gravity waves. The latest theory in astrophysics is that the universe is held together by strands of intense gravity. It's called "String Theory" and that is a good, literal description. I believe these strings get severed now and then, and when that happens they whip around and sometimes impact the Earth. I believe the parting of the Red Sea for Moses was caused by such an event. Does THAT help you to believe? And, I think crop circles are caused by these gravity strings . . . . for the most part.

(SL) What do you mean, for the most part?

Well, I could generate most of the patterns you see in the crop circles using simple computer models of fundamental problems in Celestial Mechanics associated with what we call the Three Body Problem. Anything within a circle is possible to construct this way. It's the little elaborate designs around the perimeter that are the mystery to me. Like in the movie - the arrowheads, the little hats, all that stuff. I don't think they're natural, but man made to obfuscate the truth from the general public.

(SL) Why are there so many of these crop circles lately, all over the world?

I believe they're caused by significant changes in the Earth itself in recent years that have changed our position in this gravitational matrix. For example, the GPS - the Global Positioning System - depends upon atomic clocks to keep an extremely exact time, and they've added 1 extra second to the Earth's rotation rate about every year since the 1950's. Now, in just the last few years, no more "leap seconds" are having to be added. The Earth's rotation is speeding up. That may not seem like a big deal. But when you consider the mass of the Earth a change in rotation rate on that order is huge.

Clearly, the Earth's dynamic stability is changing. My theory is that it is caused by all the oil we're sucking out of the Earth. Oil is typically found in faults between rock formations. So, in effect we are taking the oil out of the hinges that make the planet flexible. I suspect this is what's causing the change in rotation rate. Sooner or later the earthquake victims are going to figure that out and sue the oil companies and probably the United States government for damages.

(SL) So these crop circles are made by huge gravity strings ~ kind of like what they show in the Star Gate TV show? Is there any connection?

I always wondered why they were building the $250 billion superconducting supercollider in Waxahachie, Texas right in the middle of "Tornado Alley." One fell swoop and the entire facility would be obliterated. You don't suppose they were trying to harnass these gravity waves? Or that it was one of these gravity strings that sliced up the shuttle? If indeed that is the case, then that would explain why Washington is so hell bent on burning as much fossil fuels as possible because that will discombobulate the gravity matrix more, making these spurrious events happen more frequently - and thus easier to study. . . .

NOTE: Actually, in my novel I predicted the shuttle disaster over the "middle east" - is Palestine, Texas good enough? The shuttle was destroyed a few days after this interview. I also posed in the final chapter that the shuttle crash was caused by the same phenomena as caused the parting of the Red Sea. There is even a whole chapter that could be interpreted to discuss all my problems at UT.. I published the novel long before I developed the above ideas, but perhaps it would explain why I was expelled within weeks of its publication - I even had a cover with a "bright orange landing light" looking image. Sure has to make you wonder, though - doesn't it?! Was I prophetic, or just reading between the lines? Is UT an innocent bystander or the center of the whole UFO conspiracy?

(SL) Well, we're almost out of time ~ any last comments?

I guess you could say I was expelled for my fundamentalist religious beliefs. I honestly believe the events of Revelations will come to pass if we continue producing mega quantities of oil from the Earth ~ increasingly severe earthquakes, Global Warming so severe the Earth could look like Mars in a generation, and gravity strings raking the Earth until it looks like Christ just before the crucifixion.

(SL) Thanks, we'll talk again some time.

P.S. The earthquake victims should sue the scientists, not the government. I have been talking about these issues for years on the web, in the news groups, and elsewhere. You would blush to see some of the horrific things scientists say about my ideas and my research. An expert witness has told me, in confidence, that scientists have known about these issues for many years, and have never done anything about it.

The only question remaining is whether these "gravity strings" come from a sentient source; like God parting the Red Sea for Moses and the Hebrews. . . Perhaps that's what scientists are afraid of ~ accountability. Personally, I think they better start saying their prayers because I prove these "gravity strings" are Acts of God in a modern era event just after the Civil War... read my novella Deo Vindici - "God Will Vindicate" to see the evidence I have collected ~ it's pretty convincing.
